New information hub launched to help key business decisions

New information hub launched to help limited company directors make the right decisions at the right time.

The Insolvency Service has recently launched a new online information hub to support company directors of micro, small and medium-sized limited companies. The hub will be used to host guidance and information on a range of business themes commonly faced by companies.

The new information hub was developed after Insolvency Service research found that company directors wanted a single online hub to host clear and concise guidance, with signposts to more detailed guidance and support where needed.

The hub hosts guidance and information on a range of business themes commonly faced by companies, aiming to help company directors push their business forward by being more aware of potential pitfalls. Examples of the advice available on the information hub include, understanding director duties and obligations and how to recognise early signs of financial stress.
